Where to start? From the very first time I contacted MancraftUK they have been nothing but exceptional in trying to help me get back to my first game day in over four years. My regulator had been in some serious need of a service and some repairs which I just couldn't handle.
They allowed me to use some of thier own gear so I could make it to the game day and truthfully I didn't think I was going to make it.
The regulator which is now fixed and working amazing again will be a backup because I couldn't help but get thier current regulator the MMR. Combined with some of my old parts and the new regulator, it is such a compact system which will allow me to hide it away in the stock and keep it safe.
If you need anything, MancraftUK goes above and beyond trying to get you sorted out. I would certainly recommend to everyone.

I am pleasantly surprised by the exceptionally high standard of customer service provided by Mancraftuk. On a previous order, I purchased a "U-shape" regulator, and Mancraft made a strong commitment to ensure its long-term functionality. Consequently, I decided to reach out to them regarding a malfunction with the regulator. Mancraft, and Mancraftuk, dealt with the issue with the utmost professionalism and customer care. They promptly serviced the piece and returned it to me, along with new parts, including an SRS HPA engine.
You might wonder what sets their customer service apart from others. Firstly, it's the level of communication, active listening, and a genuine understanding of the customer's needs. They not only found solutions but also provided thorough explanations. Such a level of professionalism is increasingly rare in today's market. What truly stood out was the extra mile they went by including a dozen CO2 capsules, which I had inadvertently wasted while trying to make the regulator functional. While this wasn't their fault, they still took care of this aspect.
In summary, from a returned serviced part to a newly ordered part, I received both the regulator and the SRS engine, a dozen CO2 capsules, a morale patch, a fitting part, and a bag of candy as part of the Halloween "trick or treat" tradition. Mancraftuk provides excellent customer service with a high level of professionalism, exceptional commercial skills, and they have undoubtedly earned me as a loyal customer.
